Blended from the 3 red varieties of the region: Côt, Cabernet Franc and Gamay,
it harmoniously melds together the fruitiness of Gamay, the finesse of Cabernet and the structure of Côt.
It goes with white meats or grilled red meats and should be aged a little and served at almost
room temperature (15-17°).
It should be aged for 3 to 5 years.
Light with aromas of red fruit flavours, it ideally accompanies summer foods, grills or buffets.

with aromas of black currants, blackberries and spices.
It accompanies quality meat dishes, game and cheese.
This wine should be decanted and served at room temperature (16-18°).

A blend of the varieties Gamay, Cabernet Franc and Côt, mingling fruitiness, suppleness and roundness. It is pink in colour.
Supple and fruitywith a long finish.
It will be your summer wine, the companion of your barbecues; it can also accompany entrées,
pizzas and charcuterie.

The demi-sec is made using grapes with more sugar than the dry and is mellower and sweeter.
It can be drunk both as an aperitif or with a dessert.

This is made from a single variety, Chenin Blanc. Its character varies according to ‘terroir’ (local soil and climate) and the year of production. It can be sec ( dry ), demi-sec (medium dry ) or moëlleux ( a rich sweet dessert wine ).
A classic example of Chenin Blanc, a wine characteristically rich and full bodied.
This is a flinty wine agreeably matched to both entrées and fish.
It should be served chilled ( 6-8 °C )
It can be kept from 2 to 5 years.
Coming from small parcels of wines which allow it to mature well, it is rich and more complex than the dry.
More mellow it goes well with charcuterie but is equally good as an aperitif or with a dessert.
Serve chilled ( 6-8°C ).
It will keep for more than 5 years.
This is produced only in the best years when the grapes mature with high sugar levels.
Its sweetness mingles the aromas of honey and acacia.
The pale straw yellow colour develops slowly, with aging, to a deep gold.
Drink as an aperitif or with foie gras.
Serve chilled between 8° and 10°.
This wine should be aged and will keep well for twenty years, or more in the best years.
This wine is richly aromatic mingling the aromas of citrus fruit and boxwood.
Preferably it should be served with seafood or entrées.

White or Rosé, Dry or Demi-sec, are all made by the Methode Traditionelle giving them finesse and elegance.
A blend of Chenin and Chardonnay for the white and Gamay, Grolleau and Cabernet for the rosé. These are festive wines served on occasions such as to celebrate births, birthdays and marriages, but also can be served as an aperitif or with dessert, as well as at cocktail parties. Serve chilled.

Produced from limestone and clay soil on the heights above the Loire in the commune of Rochecorbon, in the Vouvray region close to Tours. This sparkling wine combines character and finesse.
It can be served on all festive occasions, as an aperitif or with dessert, but also throughout a meal.
